Megan Grennan – Megan’s classes utilize a balanced sequence of postures and breathing as the medium in which practitioners of all levels learn to more fully inhabit their bodies and lives in the state of conscious presence. Click here for more information about Megan.

Arlene Stark Prisco – Arlene’s Iyengar-inspired classes flow at a slow, deliberate pace, infusing each asana with the breath and frequently using props to facilitate alignment.
